Default Can someone check steering feel for me

Hi can someone please check their steering by moving the wheel from side to side and letting it go. As mentioned in another post I get a rubber type pulse felt through the steering column. If I do it quick it doesn't feel right. Only noticable when stationary. Once I'm moving I don't get this feeling !

Pas is on max and a blue green colour. It's easy to replicate just have the car stationary move wheel quick quarter turn and let go.thats when I get the noise or more of a rubber type noise as if a joint has gone dry or a top mount type fault but it happens both directions of steering wheel.maybe it's normal
