have you got fuel filters fitted they maybe blocked or in need of renewing resulting in overworking try to suck fuel...

failing that maybe pump is on way out if noisey best i can say make sure all is free and clean if still noisey then i guess new pump may be needed as could be on way out

maybe other users have another idea ? or thoughst on your issue

fingers crossed for ya

Default noisy pump update

took the pump of cleaned it.
replaced the filter.
turns out it was the outlet from the tank had been bodged in the past and was to small a pipe leading to the pump not getting enough feed and cavitating.
i drilled it out and now its fine
