Engine 850: B5234TR/2.3/20v/T5R: - 850R got start issues.

Hey all. started ok cold but had issues starting after a 5 min trip to the shop. would sit and crank and pump gas and crank and pump for over a min before it started. left it sit for a while while life surpassed it now when i get her going she goes like a bag of expletive. either 3 or 4 cyl and put it into reverse or drive without revving to 3k she stalls.

Deathrider hit the nail on the head, you want to be looking at replacing the dizzy, rotor arm, plugs, leads atleast.

Chances are, if your getting fuel to the rail, it'll be what's mentioned above and you may aswell change 'em all in one go, they aren't overly expensive and it's always good for peace of mind.

How does the cars service history look?

Its a bit sketchy but i do oil's etc myself.
