Check with your nearest Volvo dealer, you might find that's the cheapest way to get one. Be persuasive if they ask silly money. I bought one from FRF Volvo from the link here on the forum for about that cost inc postage to help my garage out. They didn't take it out of the box and charged me to fit the £11 Volvo belt less than I paid for the tool! Impact gun for the pulley nut solves the problem.
