Default Are all the dash switches lit with lights on?

Just wondering since TRACS switch and a few others don't light up with the headlights on, others like Info, beam height adjustment etc are lit, is this correct or should they all light?

They have a tiny 12V Grain Of Wheat bulb fitted inside the switch, you can get these from the main dealer at quite a cost or try Maplins as they used to sell a pair for 98P, the bare bulb is then fitted to the removable bulb holder in the rear of the switch - Mike

Here's what I bought to do this job six months ago:

When they say 'yellow' - they of course mean 'white'!

You just remove the existing plastic holder from behind the switch and re-use it. No soldering, it's a piece of p!ss simple.

The only one that is a tad difficult is the Info center switch as you have to take the switch to bits to get the bulb out, I did a write up covering how to fix the info switch and change the bulb a while back if you need to know about that switch as it's the only one that isn't straight forwards - Mike
