P reg V40 breaking / for sale

Our old charriot of 13 years is now for sale, it still runs nicely, is dead comfy, as you'd expect with a 97 V40. Bodywork is the main issue, its rear wheelarch needs tidying up, possibly the sills. Also the exhaust is blowing and a track rod end needs changing (apparently) according to a mech who overviewed it before we considered MOT expense.

We decided to call it a day and have upgraded, so sadly this is going, although hopefully to be kept on the road.
It starts first time, passed the emissions last year (new O2 sensor), 4 good tyres, towbar, sunroof.

Plenty of good parts on it if it's going to be broken down.

MOT until Aug 12 I think. 1,8 petrol, manual, V40.

Open to forum members before I call the scrapyard chaps.
Hoping for about £130.
