Default Vacuum pump repair kit

Hi all,

I have just bought a 940 diesel and I want to repair the vac pump. Its not bad but id like to do it.

I know there are kits for the VW diesels 1.6 diesel's, but im not sure are they the same???

Dose anyone know of where i could source the suitable kits for the Volvo's or the LT's.

Help would be apprichiated, Thanks.

Default Oil ways....

Thanks for replying.....thats an interesting point with the oil ways. I will try and find a spare one of these and take it apart and see what inside.

Default service kit.....

I would like to give the suitable service kits a go first first before I buy a new one. But £140 is not too bad of a price!
