Anyone else waiting on an XC60?

I ordered mine in March. Still waiting, but now have given up on BLIS and have been given a December build date.

Looks as if it will still arrive without Apple CarPlay - does anyone know when this might arrive?

Also now the dealer is no longer honouring the discounted 5 year service pack I that was on the order form I signed and paid a deposit for in March - they are letting me have 3 years for the same price.....
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Seems pretty unreasonable to me but I can't get them to budge.

Re the service pack… what was their reason?

Have a look at what the T&C’s say on the order you signed.

Very pleased. Despite having told me this was not possible, the dealer has now "checked with Volvo" and honoured the 5 year service package as originally specified. Leaves a much better impression after what has felt like months of very limited information.

Picked up my B4 inscription AWD with climate pack. Thinking about handing car back. Only had it 3 weeks and its been in grade 3 times, was rather disappointed that it is now an obsolete car. Serious problems with all audio/infotainment/navigation/google.
The only problem is there are no new cars available.Looked at X3 of F pace and your looking at some 8-9 months for delivery.
So do you stick with this or wait for another make.

[Original poster here] Final update. My car arrived yesterday!

It took 5.5 months in the end (3.5 months later than expected). It is awesome but now need to figure out how to use the new google tech.

Car is an XC60 2.0 B5 P 250hp R-Design, and the timeline looks like this.
- 17Dec21 Car delivered!!
- 09Nov21 Advised that dealer is indicating delivery at the dealer on 15th December
- 22Oct21 Advised that dealer is showing delivery in last two weeks in November
- 22Sep21 Advised that dealer is showing delivery towards mid-November
- 27Aug21 Advised that dealer is showing delivery towards end October
- 21Jul21 Advised that dealer is showing delivery in September
- 29Jun21 Order form received and signed
- 28Jun21 Confirm via email we would like to order, advised delivery approx 23rd August

Had a phone call this morning to say our T8 will arrive this week, for us to pick up next week, so about four and a half months in total.
@gibbs2009, we went looking for alternatives, BMW didn’t want to know us, we clearly didn’t look like we were spending £65k on a car. Mercedes said no point viewing until after March when the books open again.

Late June early July for a 27/09/21 order.
As I intend to tow about 2000 miles in August, this late date is an issue to me. I may have to defer to a MY23 XC60 Ult T8 and get a delivery in September 22
