Default 1994 960 cylinder head options

Hello, I have my daughters 1994 960 sedan.
The engine got a few bent valves when the timing belt chewed it's way through the plastic belt cover, and jumped off.
I don't want to spend a lot to fix this. Car is not in any way 'special' to me, & daughter purchased a replacement.

Available is a complete 2004 xc-90 engine.
I can get the cylinder head for a good price.
What are the obstacles in doing this swap?

I did a head job on another 960 I had, cost me about 1300, and this is with my labor.
Looking to do this for under 500, if not, car will be a donor for my fleet.
Briefly considered swapping a v8 motor, but really have no time for all of the pieces that need to be fabricated to make that work.
Thanks, Ed.
