1800ES seat Belt

Hi
I am looking for a complete seat belt for my 1800ES, 1972 model. The mechanism has completely seized so am looking for the whole thing - just drivers side. It is a retracting type and has the attachment on the tunnel for both Passenger and drivers belts - so the locking mechanism is not the standard type. The one fitted has grey webbing.

Alternatively does anyone know where I can get the retracting mechanism repaired or the current fittings put onto a new mechanism?

It came off a 73ES is grey and is not siezed as far as I know.
£15 + postage ONO.
