Default Found a site with lots of Volvo Greenbooks - not seen before

Came across a website tonight with lots of Volvo Greenbooks on it, I haven't seen the site before and I've seen lots of Volvo related sites over the years.

See here http://blarf.homeip.net/greenbook/

The list looks very, very comprehensive and includes:
240 - 260 - 740 - 760 - 780 - 940 - 960
and a few non Volvo.

I have quite a lot of greenbooks already but there are some I don't have.

Now I haven't managed to download any full manuals from there yet - I get an OOPS error message from the site.

I can view them page by page but download the full pdf NO.

I've tried modifying the link for the download with several seemingly obvious link variations but have not mastered it yet - I think there must be an error on the referring page if the download link is a result of an SQL query.
Obviously I haven't tried all of them.

Anyone else care to experiment with this - there is lots to see if mastered.

When you go to one of the pages for a specific model there is the option at the bottom of the page to LOGIN but with no registration option - maybe that is the reason but usually a login would be before you get to that stage.

Colin

Yes, hit the same problems you had Colin. It could take a long, long time to download every PNG image individualy!

Hi,
just a hint:
Was on "Techno Classica 2011" in Essen, Germany.
Met one guy from Volvo - Heritage. He indicated that from August on, DVDs are for sale containing ALL stuff from the old Volvos (green books, etc.).
Here in Germany they are 35 € each.
He showed me one DVD from the P1800 on the Computer. Absolutely outstanding! Everything as a pdf - File: manuals, technical specifications and so on!
So be patient and with the DVD you'll get all the stuff you need.

(To clear that: for one model - ONE DVD... So: 1x 244; 1x 264; 1x P1800 and so on... And NOT: "one green book = one DVD")

Hi I spotted the engine rebuild manuals you put on scribed the other day and let Steve and his 244 on here know.
I've tried to get green books form my local dealers but they couldn't be bothered to find the part numbers.
I don't suppose you have ever seen any lists of the manuals Volvo have done ?

I have an old list of 700 series manuals available in the US. There were more manuals than are listed though - I have a few not listed.

Thats useful, I wonder if the part numbers still work.

I had forgotten about the Volvo heritage site. There are already some parts catalogues for earlier car that you can view. It would be great if they sort out all the other stuff to go with it.
Here is a link to the parts catalogues.
