ABS light on and flashing during a VIDA session is an indication that VIDA is connected, nothing more

Again noted screeching so took to local indi and again they didnt find any issue. They checked calipers etc.

After going for a wee run for the sake of the DPF noted the driver side rear brake disc was hot. Repeated the run and temp gun showed 350 degrees C .... all the others were fine. It doesnt appear to happen all the time.

Got my Vida/Dice onto it and there was a BCM-0136 Brake Pressure Sensor 1 & 2 Signal outside its permitted range. I cleared it and it didnt come back. Took for a run, same brake disc hot again but no repeat of the fault.

Any ideas ?
I would guess that this is your brake shoes mechanism failing internally and the brake shoes sticking on creating the heat.

How’s your handbrake does it work?

I’ll have that Wheel off, The brake caliper off and put new brake shoes in lubricating the mechanism.
