Default Water leaking in drivers side

Hi,

I have got a problem with the air conditioning on my 04 plate volvo S40 2.0D sport. The problem is that water is dripping into the carpet area of the driver's side from the air conditioning unit. I know it's the a/c as if i set the a/c to low the water starts and if I turn the a/c off it stops.

I've found what I think is the drain a flexible hose and it's clear downwards. The drips are coming from a panel that's held by at least two T15 screws though I can't release this. Is this a dealer job as the panel appears to be an access point for some filters but I can't find out how to release it

Thanks
