Question !!!parts needed!!! +id

hi,i have a volvo v40 1.9 td 2003...does anyone know where i can get just the rubber seal for my rear left brake cylinder(see picture 1)as my local shop only sell the whole thing(£79)....also i need a part(see picture 2)what is the name of this part,picture taken from rear passenger.and where is the best place to get one(by post)......thanks

You can find both parts from PFV, the lower arm i dont know its exact name though.
