Couldn't find my replacement switch so decided to break into it and repair.

Great vid- Was the switch stuck? Mine has suddenly decided to stick in the on position. Think I’ll have a go at a repair this weekend.

Not watched the video but I pull these apart all the time, they are in an ideal position for gathering all the cr@p of the day, very easy done.

Not stuck, just light not coming on. Contacts get burnt/carbonised over time.
