Volvo Garmin mount question
Hi peeps. My recently acquired 2007 S40 D5 SE has a Volvo Garmin mount on the dash - can you tell me which Garmin models are compatible with this?
Many thanks as always RT

The Garmin 760 series old now but cheap to buy and does a lot of useful things like phone handsfree and a multimedia player which will plug into your AUX socket etc

I probably will buy a Nuvi to see if it's any good, however I have really taken a like to my Lamicall Air Vent phone holder.
I initially thought that air vent phone holders were a gimmick, but the S40 air vents are absolutely perfectly positioned to use a mobile phone as a satnav in an air vent holder. Best thing is the phone does not intrude into the windscreen visibility area whatsoever, and the natural angle of the dashboard means its very easy to see the screen. |

Thanks Clan! Just reading up on the 760 Camper - hope that fits as its a superb looking satnav, plus it does the phone connection and will allow us to use it as a media player - everything we wanted
T5R92011 - thats another (cheaper !) option, thanks for that

The Garnin Nuvi 760 was used by volvo about 10 years ago for that bracket .. When was the camper non nuvi on the market ? And how does camper differ from a standard 760?

Second the suggestion of air vent holders, I've got a cheap magnetic one and a Huawei car case for my P20 Pro, holds it perfectly well and Google Maps / Waze is better than any standalone sat nav IMO.
