electric window parts.

ive a 740se installed new electric window motor.The motor seems to have a pivot missing as the window just drops down i think there should be two pins which links the motor to the window .its hard to describe any thoughts or ideas most grteful.It was a real pig to put the motor in.

when you say the window just drops down, do you mean that the motor isn't gripping anything at all, or do you get down movement but not up? Also, posting in the proper place on the new forum would help as many more people will see it there. I know its a bit confusing with the new layout, but do post in the 700 forum below so that you get max help
