Split in sidewall
Today while washing the car I noticed this split in the sidewall of the offside rear tyre. The car has only done 3000 miles and you can see the wheels have never been anywhere near a kerb. Would this be covered under warranty?

you may find it very difficult to demonstrate that that is a manufacturing defect; if it is theres likely to be a whole batch of lethal tyres out there.
Far more likely to be a pothole, kerb, under inflation etc problem; and thats what the manufacturer will tell you But try, y dont ask y dont get.
