Activate DRL's

Hi,

My s40 has it's DRL's deactivated, how do I reactivate them?

A trip to Volvo but if you get your servicing done by Volvo, ask them to activate at the same time. They might do it for free.,
Otherwise get a quote as the prices for the software pack and labour can vary......a lot!

Found this description online, but not sure if it works.

Put your headlight switch in the middle position. Turn the ignition switch to position II. Pull the turn signal lever toward you and hold it while turning yourheadlight switch to the off position. Release. This should disable the DLR. If you ever want to change it back, do the process all over again. Hope this helps, Shane

You have to have the software updated and the DRL pack removed!
I do not believe it is possible for the driver to do anything to enable or disable the DRL's!

It wont work , that's for a 2000-2004 S/V40 !

yep, I also tried this & it does not work on my V50 2007 2.0D
