v40 1999 breaking

Hi all
My trusty v40 1.8s V reg has blown headgasket so I am considering breaking (depending on interest)
Car has heated front seats, cruise, air con, sunroof, alloys etc.
Black paint, grey velour interior (no tears or worn patches on seats).
All ancilliaries were good.
Rear passenger door been grazed, rear bumper has crack in it (difficult to see). All lights / glass etc. good except for windsrceen has a crack (where rear view mirror is fixed).
I can send photos, all parts available.

Seem a bit drastick wy not change headgasgit spelling again.
