Anyone any experience of him/them?

Taking my V70 there next Saturday and, whilst he seems completely sound, knowledgeable and very helpful over the phone, I thought I'd ask on here just in case.

Many thanks in advance,

Matt

Never come across them before so suggests they are new to conversions? Try asking on the LPG forum http://lpgforum.co.uk/ maybe someone there will know of them.

What did their previous installations look like that you have seen before booking in? Was everything neat and tidy?

What model V70 do you have? Have they done V70's before and do they know what size tank can be fitted? Last thing you want is to be stuck with a small little tank that you are constantly filling. Remember you only get a 80% fill.

I'm supplying tank (70l) plus emulator and control unit - he's the only guy who's not too far away who didn't mind using 2nd hand bits to be honest. It's a singlepoint system, too,so I dare say there's not too many installers that know them well that are still around.

Having met him this morning to drop the car off he seems like a genuinely good bloke that really knows his mustard. I'm picking it up in a week so will report back then!

Will be getting my v70 back today so will take pics etc. He's taken nearly two weeks to fit it but then his suppliers have been delayed because of the recent snow.

It runs great and the changeover is imperceptible. On my first brim-to-brim I got 170 miles from 35 litres (~22mpg),which I don't think is too bad considering most of it was at over 80 ;-)
