Ah I class the dog guard as the metal one and the cargo net as the string affair.

The cargo net uses brackets at the side which go on the strut tower. All you need to dof or them is to find the holes in the carpet, poke a hole in it and attach the bolts.

I´ve a v40 like druid, and i have an original volvo net dog guard, i saw druid pictures and i wonder did you have to cut the roof to fit the top bit?
