Default Isofix bracket

Hello, i have a 2001 Y plate S40 1.8 GDI, my car does not have isofix, i am soon to be a dad, and would like to install the bracket in the rear seats. Has anybody tried to install an isofix bracket? a volvo parts supplier says they can get the bracket, however volvo say its not available as my car is too old.
any ideas???

I'm not sure about this one. But I've recently had a little boy and we strap him in his seat. The seat belt goes over his lap and then behind him. He seems to be very secure and falls asleep every time I take him out

Try the search function within this part of the forum, it will throw up a thread in which the part numbers live.
Order the parts via FRF (rufe on here) and mention volvo forum for discount.

Give Rufe (FRF) an email with your requirements and he will supply the parts for you.

Hi,

I bought 3 sets of V40/S40 isofix brackets a couple of years ago with the view to sell the other 2 sets to reduce my costs. Never got round to it.

Part numbers are 30618093 (LH) and 30618404 (RH).

I am looking for £20 per side + postage (should be about £5.60).

Hope this helps!
