Detachable Tow Bar Wanted S80 D5 2005

I’m new to Volvo ownership. Picking up an S80 D5 Auto (2005) next week. I’ll need a towbar in the future and wonder whether it’s still possible to get a detachable type for this age/model of car? New or used. Many thanks for any help you can offer. Catherine

Have you contacted any towbar fitters in your area?

Yes. They’re struggling to find anything.

Try ebay or Volvo independent specialists for repairs or sales. There is one south of Huddersfield who also breaks cars so you might strike lucky with them.
