Default Floor water leak

I can see the near side foot well is getting some water coming in.I can see its coming in from the top of the sill under the carpet (the base carpet) On quick inspection in the rain ,he door aperture seal looks ok at the bottom.Why is it coming in?

Check the drain holes at the bottom of the door and make sure they are clear.

If you have a sunroof, blocked drains or detached drain pipes where they join to the sunroof opening can cause water in the footwell.

Check the windscreen. Push from the inside to see if there is any movement between the top of the screen and the roof line.

Ive taken out the complete carpet ,sprayed the roof ,screen,and scuttle bizzare no sign of any water.

You were correct ,it must have been the front drain hole blocked.Sorted many thanks.
