Brake bleed order?
What is the correct bleed order for a RHD V70.? Brakes

No particular order just to suit yourself... that myth started on some old british cars which tended to have air spaces in wheel cylinders which were mounted at an angle ....

Vida and Haynes says, NSF, OSF then any rear, doesnt matter about the order of the rear as long as NSF 1st, then OSF......

I was always told start with the nearest to the master cylinder and work away. I've no idea what this was based on or if it just 'the way we think it should be done'. I suppose if this was applied now it would be work away from the ABS pump?

That is a snippet from Vida, and both the Haynes manual and Vida state you do, I was always of the understanding that that whilst you're correct, you don't, but not sticking to the correct order means that you will need to make multiple passes to make sure all the air is expelled or do it in the correct sequence means you only need to make the one pass
