I was thinking more of getting home from work feeding the family then getting out to anywhere before its time for kids to be in bed. But then again I'm a woman and have to do women things, where as once feed and watered the men often disappear to the garage/shed (joking btw)

As for Blackpool, it's supposed to be a good night out if you can find a nice place to have a meal and a show. Maybe a walk along the front if the weather permits.

Robbie - The food at The Malthouse is fantastic, its worth a drive out just for that, having a chat and a laugh with others all the better.
