Default XC60 recharge charging 100%

I picked my new XC60 recharge car 2023 II last Thursday. I have charged by my home Indra EV charger a couple of times… and it doesn’t complete. After 6 hours the Volvo app says 💯 and completion time of 5-6 minutes and keeps increasing by 5 minutes….
I wondered if this was first charge and the battery needs to settle in? But then I don’t think this is right.
The worry is that the battery may overheat? Cause a fire?
According to my smart meter then I am getting charged for electricity…. 3.7kwh.
Volvo support are completely nonchalant! Take to a dealer.
Maybe an inherit fault?
Anyone else had similar?

Take it to a dealer. They're the only people qualified to check it, and it's under warranty.

I don't know anything about first charge as dealer did it.

Towards the end it does ramp down and only pulls just over a kw, so it can take quite a while and the time does extend for that last bit, also if you've gone out to the car or unlocked it stops too, so if you are playing with stuff you may have interrupted it.

It'll take approx 17-17.5kw from empty to full.

I don't know anything about Indra so can't help on that score but can you see the whole charging profile, could it be backing off sometimes like if you are on a fancy intelligent tariff or solar interruption? Basically should show 3.7kw for nearly the whole session bar the last hour or so where is starts slow charging.

I've not charged at home for a few days so unfortunately I can't show what a typical session looks like.

EDIT - found one, think the only time mine has done more than six hours is if I charge and preheat/cool simultaneously.
