  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

I have just tried to lock my car with the Volvo app and after a few minutes this was the message received on my phone

" YOUR VOLVO MAY HAVE DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING IF IT HAS NO MOBILE COVERAGE OR IS IN POWER SAVING MODE"

Anyone else had this and what was the fix.

Unlock and lock your car manually then try the app, by the way there is yet another Volvo car app update, 5.4.0 for android. Worth updating the app first if you have not updated already.

anyone else tried using the app on ios15? Doesn’t work at all for me - cannot even add my car. Asked Volvo and they said it was reported to them yesterday (which is not true as my dealer said they had been notified about it weeks ago).

I know it’s a pretty terrible app, but it would be really helpful to know what % my car is on while charging.

Works ok for me on iOS15, even on the Beta. I've been having connectivity issues over the past few days, but the app knows what my car is doing, where it's been and CarPlay works fine on iOS15 as well.

Got a response from Volvo and it’s specific to adding cars to the app when on the ios15. Picked up my car 3 weeks ago (when running the iOS beta) and kinda accepted it then, thinking it would be fixed prior to release.

Hi Nu11eaf, Just tried all the things you suggested I also checked the App update and I already have the 5.4.0. version, and sadly still doesn't work I will try contacting Volvo. Thanks again for your help
