Default Low pressure and high pressure turbos...???

Hi,

can anyone tell me what the difference is between low and high pressure 850s performancewise?

i.e., will for instance a 230 bhp T5 (high pressure turbo) have a much better performance than a 225 bhp V70 GLT (Low pressure turbo) ?

cheers!

Tim

Tim, these figures don't tally with the V70s in this country - the T5 Classic should be 240 bhp, the 225 bhp is the output of the 850 T-5. I thought that the LPT is 200 bhp or less - anybody? 225 bhp is too high for a standard LPT. We don't have GLTs either that derivative was phased out with the 850.

Thats right Iain. 850 T-5 = 225 and V70 = 240. I think your right with this too, LPT = 200 or 190
