For anyone interested, I have just obtained a quick quote for the value of number plate and I have had company offer £800 and one at £900. I still dont have the heart to do this, however, if someone is interested, it makes the car cheaper.

If you are thinking of sellig it make sure you factor in re-registering the car asthis costs a few hundred.

Thanks for the information. However I have decided to keep it withthe car. Dot will not be dot with a different plate lol.
