Default P1800 Position of rear backrest strap

Can someone help me by providing measurements for the location if the rear leather dtrap on the backrest of the rear seat and also the press stud on the rear parcel shelf. Any help would be appreciated. My car was retrimmed at some time and there is no indication of where they were.

CR;

From memory, the rear straps terminate at the same angle brackets on which the parcel shelf is also mounted (one bolt into bulkhead, two chromed bolts through chromed belt end [if present], then shelf and into captive nuts below bracket ). If shelf is present, those brackets are likely also. I don't recall termination of front belt.

Cheers

Hi the best way to be exact is to lift up the carpet and if its the original board underneath on the seat back and parcel shelf there are still probably the original screw holes where the strap and the stud were screwed in. Thats what I did with mine and it worked . I have measured though if all boards are new the strap fits approx 5 in below top of the seat and the pop stud is 4 in from the edge of the parcel shelf per attached photos (bit dark in my garage apologies)
