Thanks guys. You're all really helpful. I've decided first port of call (if only to make me feel better) is back to the original garage who took the dpf out. Firstly I want to know why they did it but also to try and find out whether the dpf delete was performed. I clearly need this doing and I'm over the remap. I'd rather tha car back to standard with the appropriate recoding done first to see where we are. If it fixes fantastic, I can then think about getting the dpf put back in. If it doesn't then I feel like I'm possibly in a better position to try and resolve it as I can get the fault codes and pick all your lovely brains again ☺️

It was actually cheaper to order via eBay than their on line ordering web page!!
No issues at all and much cheaper than volvo
