Happens on Facebook Market Place all the time. First thing I do is look at what else is for sale. Some of them are so brazen, they'll have 20 or 30 cars listed, all at ridiculously low prices.

Scams pretty much always come down to greed….

On the part of the buyer.

They think they can get a £30k car for £15k and ignore all the alarm bells that are ringing in their head! They know somethings not right, they know the cars too cheap, but greed drives their senses and they get scammed.

We've all been there, but for most of us common sense kicks in and we walk away…
