Default Strange noise

Just changed the headlight bulb on my 56 plate xc90 I like how you change it by taking the light out turned the engine on to check all lights and got a strange noise coming off what I think is power steering pump on top of engine on the left with a pulley on it sounds like a bearing going and when I turned it off there is a buzzing coming off it and it is making a clicking sort of squeaking noise for about 20 seconds any ideas thank you
