Anti-freeze recommendation?
What anti-freeze would be suitable for a 2010 D5?
(Just in case we get any cold weather this year ) |

Volvo coolant is only around £20 for 4 litres and is definitely compatible so saves you researching.
That said, your cooling system is sealed and shouldn't require topping up and at only 7 years old, your coolant should still have freeze protection close to - 29°C so check the level and strength. My original coolant was good for 13 years. If you click on the link in my signature there are coolant simple coolant testing videos and flushing of the D5 cooling system.

it doesn't come any better quality or value from the volvo dealer .. It has no change interval unless it goes off colour . My 1988 343 still has It's original coolant . you will need 4 litres ..
