I did
And sold later after 1 year a complete kit with OASI interface. Also can be called MOST Fibre interface I highly recommend to use OASI interface together with Parrot kit. You will be able to listen music through volvo amp & MOST system. Besides much less work to install the kit - no speakers wiring required

same here MKi 9200 plus OASI interface
Hi, I have also fitted the parrot with the OASI interface.
If you fit the parrot using a standard interface lead it simply cuts off the Volvo amplifier and uses the Parrot amplifier. This is fine if you just want telephone, but quality of music in a big car like the Volvo is poor. (Your reversing sensors will also be cut off when the parrot is in use). Using the OASI avoids all this and feeds the Parrott signal through the Volvo amp. Just be aware that there is a limitation on 2006 models, but there is a workaround I did for mine if required. Good luck

I fitted a parrot asteroid, easy to fit screen on dash amplifier in void behind gear stick easy access to the amplifier under seat.
I hated it when I got it first but I was comparing it to modern electronics but if you think of it as old it is fine, there is literally no software available but it does navigation (kind of) but the phone quality is excellent with the added advantage of playing my music collection from a usb stick and sharing my data connection on my phone to allow me to listen to radio stations on the web. it also reads text messages and allows me to make calls totally hands-free using voice activation. even though it is the parrot amp, the volume is more than enough and the quality is okish... If using Parrot you need to ensure your phone will work with it. I had to trade my phone in for an older android samsung. also read the instructions and swap connections so that it says good bye when you switch off the ignition |
