If you want to retrofit fogs then all the bumpers (purportedly) come with their locations pre-marked for cutting.

Sorry to butt in to your thread, but I was looking at your photos and something seemed off but I couldn’t put my finger on it... Then I spotted it – You seem to have two rare(?) ‘right-hand’ Columba wheels, but one’s in the wrong place... Your left-rear wheel should be on the right-front, so that the sharp edge is leading, if that makes sense?

I believe they were an option when new, I have a couple in my loft that I haven’t got round to fitting yet, but I’ve never actually seen them on another car until now...

Mine are all the same, they were bought direct from Volvo when the car was new so I would guess the opposite direction ones are like the proverbial rocking horse poo

I've no idea how many are out there, I suspect many people don't even know they have them as they look so similar to regular Columbas...

Part number is 9166317 if anyone's interested...

Two different part numbers, the right hand version is the rare one

I may look into the fog light idea but not a priority just yet. If it’s easy then I’ll likely give it a go and maybe use them as DRL’s

With regard to the wheels I’m ashamed to say I never noticed 😬

The fronts have to go the way they’re on due to being directional tyres but I don’t believe the tears are directional so I could swap those around but I don’t really want to get into swapping the front tyres just yet but now you’ve pointed it out I’ll be sure to notice it each time I look haha

Interesting about the wheels. mine appear to be Perfos as the valve stem is near the centre of the pocket and not at the side like these. They are also all the same so one side is correct and the other isn't. 1999 V70XT.
Do Perfos also have this left and right side as standard or did Volvo just put them on randomly? Not sure if this set are the originals.
