XC60 alloy wheel price as a option

my xc60 has been ordered with pan alloys i wanted to change to the 19" fennir which had a upgrade price of £625. the dealer came back with a silly email saying this could delay my date of the end of september which would be about
12 weeks from order so i said just leave it. would not have minded but still had 8 weeks to go

my question is the 18"zephyrus wheels are listed as

£645.83 vat £129.17 rec retail £775.00

so can i buy a extra set for that price i have been told the factory conti's can last about 12k which i will do in about six months

so the plan replace the worn set of tyres with winter tyres on the pans

they seem to charge about £1245 for a set of winter alloys

Prices I was quoted for 18" alloys were...depending on tyres.

Nokian : £1532.98
Continental : £1809.60
Pirelli : £1809.60

My plan is that when my contis are worn out to replace with Qattrac 3. Have them on wife's Crv and they're very good, Have the M&S and snowflaske symbols. Half tread (outside) heavily siped . inner haslf more summer styled.
