not good news!both top end and bottom end,the clips that hold the oil pipes corroded threw all oil out ,and due to the few seconds it took me to realise somthing was wrong ,damage done,so trying to source replacement engine, braydon will phone me , within the hour hopefully, the cars too good to scrap, all new koni, eibrech springs, new front, rear lights assemblies, new leather seats, induction kit(garage said this wasn`t the problem)just bad luck, can`t believe how upset i feel, as material things never bother me,regards malcolmk

well, if you love the car, the sensible option is to get a replacement engine.....maybe a v8? - now theres a project starting.

is your engine repairable? or is that it?

that`s it ,both top end and all bottom end,i havn`t the health anymore to take on a long project,as no shed ,garage or even a garden so all would have to be done on the road,so out of the question,if can`t get good engine will have to sell,
