Default MY14.5 xc60 airflow too low

Hi
had the egr and cooler replaced by Volvo last week with the fault code
P04D9002/2 (closed loopEGR control At limit - flow to low)
and now have another fault code popping up
P00BC00 (Mass or Volume Air Flow too low)

so question's are

1) what's the problem ?

2) could it be related to the recent work carried out ?

many thanks

Is the car otherwise running well? One reason for the MAF figure being lower than expected would be that the EGR flow is too high, which would happen if the EGR valve was failing to fully close when demanded... I've seen this on a neighbour's Audi TDi, but the engine power was reduced.

But take it back and complain anyway!

Thanks for replying

When pulling off first thing in the morning it does hold back on the first push of the pedal.
Plus the turtle and reduced performance light and the check engine light coming up
apart from that little list, its fine.
