XC70: Gearbox - Transmission fluid type?

Hello,
Looking to do a fluid change on my 2012 D5 on 171k miles, no history of it being done.

Checking online I'm unsure on which fluid type I need 3309 or 3324.

You will have the TF-80SC Gen 2 box which uses AW1 or JWS3324.

JWS3309 was used in the 5 speed then Gen 1 of the TF-80SC.

They are not compatible fluids and I am not a mechanic so wait for further confirmation from others*

I have changed my fluid with 3324 however don’t want to state facts in isolation.
