Default Strange bleeping

For a while now iv noticed a strange beep coming from the boot area. Anyway this morning I timed it. It beeps every 1 minute 30 seconds (give or take)

I took a deeper look and it’s coming from the area on the left of the boot area which is where the fuses are located.

Any ideas what this could be?

Thanks

And the spec? Does it have a cd multi changer or rear parking sensors towing equipment, etc?

It has a multi cd changer. No reverse sensors. It has a towing pack.

It’s probably the fog light warning. Once you have the tow pack, the fog light button works on a 4 press cycle rather than 2

Press 1 car fog light on, trailer fog light on, no beep
Press 2 car fog light off trailer light on, intermittent beep
Press 3 car fog light on trailer fog light on (I think), no beep
Press 4 all off

It’s done light this because the car’s fog light is irritating up against a caravan as it fills your rear view mirror with light.

Never knew there were different modes of operation - thanks for that! However, if its that smart, surely it would only function that way with beeps when it detects there is a trailer connected AND foglight switched on?

Is it possible to disconnect the tow loom extension ?
It may be that's where the mixed messages are coming from.

What do you mean by press 1, press 2, press 3, press 4?? Do you mean the number of times you press the rear fog button?
