Default 2016 V60 rear camber

This problem seems to be camber related and is eating through the inside of my rear tyres, what can I do about it?

Rear camber left: -2.15
Rear camber right: -2.07

I'm in the Peterborough area

Why didn't KF simply adjust it?

They told me it wasn't possible. If you know how it's done I may have a go myself, it's visibly angled.

Check the bushes for wear. Had this previously in my S40 which chewed up the front inner tyres.

I think I'll have the wheels off at the weekend and see if I can find excessive play in any of the 4 bushes which affect camber (these are set in the horizontal arms to the chassis)

Camber seems to be a common issue and at £35k miles anything non adjustable will only produce temporary benefits as any wear in these bushes means more negative camber over time. By the time you've realised what's going on another pair of tyres is for the bin, £200 to replace those alone

I suspect a pair of Hardrace 7731 top control arms will be the way to go then replace tyres and get realigned on a Hunter system somewhere.

Nothing I'd describe as excessive, guess adjustable upper control arms are the way to go.

Arms now replaced and camber is more positive, only a measure on a Hunter system etc will tell me accurately.

These replacement arms are intended for mods to the ride height so they are quite a different shape to the originals. I only tweaked them to a couple of mm more than the stock item which I'll retain as a reference for measurement purposes.

Time will tell I guess, I wonder if these tyres are still legal!?

On my V50 I had similar, they also do a modified control arm for the V50 that reduces the neg camber.
However rather than replace the arm I have found that running on eco tyre pressures has stopped the wear on the inner edges

Perfectly even wear over the last 2 sets of tyres

I'd not heard of eco pressures before, seems to be about 5 psi higher than normal, right? I recall these may also be the sort of pressure increases required if the car is carrying extra load.

I'm a bit wary of such a solution though. If you were involved in a major accident the insurance investigators can be very thorough indeed.

Nonetheless thanks for the insight, I'd be tempted to try it if I'd heard of it earlier!

The details of 'eco' pressures (along with the regular pressures) are on the plate revealed when the driver's door is opened. These are Volvo recommendations!
