I've attached two photos - one is just after the drivers side has been cleaned the other is after I had cleaned both.

Before cleaning you could easily look into the headlights - afterwards they dazzle you a bit too much to keep looking into them

I've just cleaned my lights and the silver reflector was dull. No dust as such so must have been cleaned fairly recently by previous owner. I used a small amount of Autoglym glass polish on the lens and the reflector working it with just my finger as it's a bit tricky to get into so now have several cuts from all the sharp edges. The reflector has come up like new so hopefully this will improve the light output. I tried 100W cheapo bulbs before the clean, these made no difference what so ever. Have now fitted Osram Night Breakers too. Fingers crossed this is better.

Just driven in the dark for the first time since cleaning and they are noticably better. I can now see the light on the road! Got to give them a bit more testing but I think it's done the job and I've still not fitted the nightbreakers yet.

Driven a fair bit over the weekend and some at night. Now I've been flashed twice with lights on dipped!
Vastly improved lighting and well worth the few quid and half hours work.
