V70 Parts for Sale

Hi,

As i have now got rid of our V70 i have the following for sale.

Set of genuine Volvo rear blinds £50

BSR PPC diagnostic Tool - £275 ono

IMIV rev2 Ipod adaptor + cables £100

Set of 5 Coil packs (used on a bi-fuel) £50

am willing to listen to sensible offers, collection or meeting somewhere in the north east is welcome, postage would be £13 by 24hr courier

Please no arguing on the price of the PPC tool, the only other one on ebay is £300 and i'm going for less than that.

Are the blinds for the rear passenger door windows or the estate windows - or both?

the rear tailgate, and the boot windows. they dont fit the rear doors.

Hi,

What is the sound quality like from this adaptor - I have fitted a GROM unit, and the sound is not too good (to put it mildly!). Do you know whether the IMIV rev2 Ipod adaptor + cables would fit a HU 850 head end with RTI, TV and phone? Are there any complications in fitting the unit?

hi,

i've never had any problems with the sound quality on the IMIV unit.

on my p2 v70, you need to take the pen holder out, followed by the climate control panel, and then the head unit

there's a short cable between the head unit and the imiv unit (which i put on top of the glove box) theres a volvo made power splitter to provide power to the imiv and head unit. A longer cable goes from the imiv to where ever you want the ipod cable to come out (i cut a small hole in the center console for it to come out of).

you would have to check http://www.imiv.ca/cms/downloads/manuals-firmware/ for the manual, and if you create a login, you can download firmware so that the unit will work in different ways on different head units. at the mo the firmware is setup for that the ipod appears as a cd-changer, and the aux in as md-changer, however you can download firmware so the ipod appears as TV, MD, CD or whatever you want
