Had the head flowed tested this week on a superflow with 28"

Dark Blue is the first test, light blue the new result once a bit more work was carried out to the port and the lower line is the percentage difference

First test had a coefficient of 0.52 the second test was 0.61

Comments on other results acheived through porting would be gratefully recieved

240cfm @ 0.5 inch lift

240CFM @ 25 inches is very good (the head has a peak flow of 267.8CFM). It means the engine has the potential to make around 65 BHP per cylinder NASP - 325 BHP in total. That doesn't mean I will achieve that power - I need to get a lot of other things right and I need some extreme engine speed

Full head assembly arrives back tomorrow, its been to CAT Cams in Belgium for a new set of hollow billet cams to be made as the first set were designed for the 850 head

I'm using the newer VVT S60 head

Once back need some custom pistons sorting out from CP then its ready to go

After over a year of waiting I finally got my head and cams back from QEP / Cat Cams

Just need to get some pistons made and I can start bolting the engine together.

Need to redress the inlet valve seat area and skim the head also
