PCM help!

Hi, My ex-plod 2005 v70t5 se stopped dead yesterday code reader said low signal at pcm, its still mounted in front of the rear wheel next to the fuel filter.
I removed and cleaned the connection, no change.
How do you remove the unit from the mounting?
I gave it a shove in all directions and it never moved and where can I get another one from?
