That suggests it probably is a poor connection or fluid level issue.
The engine fault needs the codes reading. Did the turbo pipes get disturbed when you changed the driveshaft?

Just throwing a wild guess here, 10 minutes after parking the car, open the trunk lid alone with the remote and remove the REM fuse to turn the trunk lights off (any light on will influence the reading). What is the battery voltage?

So I've topped up the Brake fluid as it was a touch low and cleaned the contacts on the fluid sensor and reattached. No change.
I'm going to check the battery next.
Starting to agree with some that it's a communications issue.
I assume that having the codes read would confirm this?
Anyone in Leeds with a code reader by any chance? 🤞
