Default How many colours of white?

Evenin'

Simple question, How many shades of white are there on a 98 S/V70.
The thing is I'm looking to replace the bumpers on my S70 and theres a white S70 at the local breakers with mint bumpers, dint want to buy em' and find they dont match.
If theres more than one colour white, where can I find the paint codes?

Cheers, Ant.

The best way would be to hold them up against your paintwork.
Failing that, never clean them so the colour doesn't matter

With many car manufacturers each paint code can encompass a wide shade range, which is why bodyshops have to mix paint to match your vehicle.
I remember my old MkI Astra was a metallic blue, and the Vauxhall bodyshop had a set of colour cards with about a dozen shades of that one colour. It was a case of them picking the nearest one for the formula and then fiddling with it if it wasn't quite right.
Once you take ageing/fading/weathering into account you're heading towards the piece of string question.

However, if they are mint then I'd grab them then budget for about £80/bumper to get them blended to your shade.
